    • Avoid trans fats
    • Move your body even if it’s just walking around the block or do squats
    • Be careful of label – Hydrogenated Oil in the ingredient means there’s trans fats in it
    • Whole Wheat Flour should be in the ingredient for wheat breads
    • Plan and prepare your meals
